Gossip Queen Perez Hilton Sued over Lindsay Lohan Allegations!
I believe there is something inside all of us that can’t help listening to Perez Hilton. Although he is offensive and annoying and loud, at some level—he says what we all want to say but can’t. Now, its finally caught up to him. Perez is being sued by Lindsay’s former BFF and Celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson. Those of you who are die-hard gossips will recall that Perez claimed Ronson had planted the cocaine in Lindsay’s car before she crashed it into a tree on May 26th of this year.

 

 

Samantha Ronson, not the type to take anything sitting down, has come back at Perez with a lawsuit for defamation of character for things he said which were printed on CelebrityBabylon.com and other sites.

 

 

"I am not now and have never been a drug user," Ronson stated in a supplemental declaration filed with the court on Monday. "I have never handled or touched cocaine. I did not ever place any cocaine at any place at any time."

 

Perez Hilton aka Mario Lavandeira’s lawyer:

 

"If Ms. Ronson is attempting to get some sort of relief in court and to show that Mario Lavandeira had any malice, I think she's going to a hardware store for milk. It's just not going to happen," Freedman said.
