Hayden Panettiere the Hero

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, Sunday, October 14, 2007, Hayden Panettiere plays the "Hero" at this weekend's children's book-reading, benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of South Central LA. Sponsored by "Milk and Bookies," parents and their children came out to a Studio City bookstore to buy books which will then be donated to a new library in Watts (South Central LA). Many from the Hero's cast came to support the event. Hayden brought her own book, Sassafras, which she read to the kids. Hayden wore a children's paper crown, but looked very adult-like in a sexy blue dress. She also carried a trendy handbag and a Starbucks cup with her initials "HP" on it.
