It Hasn't Even Aired Yet, And The Drama's Already Happenin' On "Project Runway"

Ok, this is a SPOILER WARNING. SPOILERS ABOUND. IT'S A SPOILER FOR "PROJECT RUNWAY". Sometimes my job blows because this is one of my favorite shows and I don't wanna be spoiled on it but I have a job to do. And it's to bring you bitches the scoop. Please keep reading AFTER THE JUMP for some drama about one of the contestants who got the "auf wiedersehen". It's juicy!

Meet Jack Mackenroth. He's a designer on this season's "Project Runway". He gets booted off in the fifth episode. And there are reports that he's saying it wasn't because his design sucked, but because his HIV infection got symptomatic.

According to a source who spoke with him, "He is saying he got kicked off not because he lost a challenge, but because he got a 'staph' infection and said his face blew up like the kid from 'Mask.'"

Staphylococcal skin infections can be especially serious for HIV-positive people. Some are also potentially infectious to others.

"He says he was the fifth designer voted off," says the snitch. "He is claiming that this was at least part of the reason he was booted."


Mackenroth is denying he made these claims, however. This is going to be a serious-ass season if disease is getting in the way. Usually, it's just some grouch who doesn't want to design for Angela's mother! And do ya want an even bigger spoiler? Ready? This season the designers are going to have to design for Jon Bon Jovi and Sarah Jessica Parker! Patricia Fields' crazy ass is out of a job!
