The 23-year-old singer is now denying reports that her smooth skin and wide-eyed gaze are the result of Botox injections. “Ashlee has never had Botox in her life,” her spokesperson told Access Hollywood. “She credits her eyebrows to her makeup artist who is a whiz with the tweezer.”
It’s amazing what you can do with a pair of tweezers nowadays. I heard about this conceptual artist last year who made an entire statue out of insect antennae and the hair he plucked from his chest. Something like 400,000 individual hairs. Pretty impressive. And there was that time MacGyver used a set of tweezers and a stick of chewing gum to take apart a ticking time bomb. That’s why I’ve always said that tweezers are the new Swiss Army knife. That, and the time I used a pair to stab a hobo in the throat for touching my Schwinn with his dirty ing hobo hands. It’s just all that versatility, baby!
