Angelina Jolie new mother role in her new movie 'The Changeling'. The film is due for release in 2008.
She will play as a woman whose son goes missing in 1920s Los Angeles, it was reported on Tuesday.
The film, with multiple Oscar-winner Eastwood directing, is based on true events and tells the story of a woman whose child vanishes.
When the woman's son is returned she suspects police have given her the wrong boy and she is sent to an insane asylum for disagreeing with the LAPD. She later discovers her real son has been murdered and exposes a city-wide corruption scandal.
