Hugh Jackman Returning to Theaters as Wolverine

Well, probably the fact that 20th Century Fox has announced a release date of May 1st, 2009 for "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" starring Hugh Jackman. Delving into the tortured past of the X-Men character, Wolverine, the film will reveal details of his relationships of his past.

 

Additionally, Liev Schrieber is reportedly in negotiations to play the younger William Stryker in the film. Filming for the movie is set to take place in Australia, New Zealand and New Orleans, with the first scenes to be shoot later this year.

 

Ooh, I'm all kinds of nerdy excitement over this. I think this news warrants a Hugh Jackman high-kick!
