Wow, it’s kind of hard to believe that it was only a few months ago that I was clamouring for Hilary Duff to spice things up and dress a little sexier. Well, that’s exactly what she has done lately, and today is no exception. We’ve seen Hilary show off her legs before, but man, the way she looked in that short skirt during last night’s performance at the MTV Latin America Awards is just jaw-dropping. Thanks Hil, you just made my day.
