When reporters tried to talk to him, Marston answered the door of his Midtown apartment bare-chested, sporting a fresh bruise over his left eye."I don't want to talk to you, and please don't ever come to my home," Marston told the Daily News Sunday after his release from Bellevue Hospital. (HOT!!!!)
The angry hunk was arrested in October 1999 on criminal mischief charges after he punched and damaged an automated-teller machine(!!!) in Manhattan, police said, and was eventually fired from the show until a protest of lovesick fans got him reinstated (can you blame them?).
With Marston's leading-man looks and erratic behavior, I see lots of potential for a biopic and return to Lifetime Television for Women for Tori Spelling. (NYDN)
