A Year Ago Today was a day full of photo posts and the celebration of a favorite celebrity baby's third birthday. On October 23rd, Deacon Phillippe, the son of Reese Witherspoon, 31, and Ryan Phillippe, 33, celebrated his birthday -- check back for a Celebrating Celebrity Baby Birthdays post on him later today. Gwen Stefani, 38, spoke about transitioning into motherhood after welcoming son, Kingston James McGregor in May of that year;

He's the greatest thing in the world. There was no transition. It was just like, 'Where were you?'

Sadie Sandler, then 6 months, was seen celebrating her first Halloween with comedian father, Adam Sandler, 41, at the pumpkin patch -- she was sporting Trumpette socks -- a favorite among celebrity parents. Mira Sorvino and her family were spotted out shopping. So were pregnant Tori Spelling and husband, Dean McDermott. Dr. Witherspoon (AKA Reese's father) even sent a note to Ubooshi -- raving about Reese and her kids loving their tees. Heidi Klum and daughter, Leni, then 2 1/2, hit the Ivy for lunch -- a month out from Heidi delivering third child, Johan, now 11 months.
