Charlie Sheen, 42, his fiancee Brooke Mueller, 30, and his daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, as they enjoyed a peaceful Sunday afternoon having lunch and sharing different flavors of ice cream.

Charlie’s ex-wife Denise Richards, 36, has vowed to get more custody of their girls, and with the legal papers making it into the media, they find themselves on the cover of the tabloids almost every week. But on October 21, we found Charlie with all of his girls, having a fun time. Seems that Charlie isn’t letting the ugliness of the custody battle effect his daughters.
