Britney Visits Pumpkin Patch With Her Boys Before Today’s Hearing

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are expected today at L.A. Superior Court for a progress report in their ongoing custody battle. According to court officials, all cell phones, recording devices and cameras will not be permitted at the hearing, which is open to the media.

Spears, 25, spent yesterday afternoon — the same day her hit-and-run misdemeanor charges were dropped — running errands with her boys Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 2, like any mom without a care in the world. The crew hit a pumpkin patch in Calabasas, California, at around 1:30 p.m. Spears popped out of her car briefly, but the boys stayed inside, a source said.

The next stop: Swings N’Things in Calabasas, California. “She wanted a swing set for her boys for her house in Malibu,” an employee told Usmagazine.com. “She was nice to me. There was just so much commotion.” Federline’s bodyguard picked the children up around 3 p.m.
