Michael Douglas' son Cameron charged with possessing cocaine

Michael Douglas' son Cameron has been ordered to stand trial, charged with possessing cocaine.

The 28-year-old and friend Christopher Lane, 30, were charged with possession of a controlled substance and a hypodermic needle during a pre-trial hearing in California. Douglas was also charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Deputy James McKarrell testified that he and another officer found the two men parked in a BMW near a motel on July 22. He claimed that he spotted "really fresh" blood on Douglas’ hand and smeared blood on his arm, and that he then discovered a syringe on the floor containing liquid cocaine.
