Julianne Moore on 'The Britney Spears thing'

Julianne Moore believes Britney Spears struggles with motherhood because she has not been allowed to grow up.

She said: "The Britney Spears thing - you can't be a mother until you've been an adult first and she's never been allowed to get there because she was working all the time as a child.

"So how do you learn to be a grown-up? And then you're suddenly a parent."
