Housewives of Orange County Keep it Realer Than The Hills

Anyone who knows anything about Reality TV knows that The Hills is scripted. Obviously, we would still inject it into our veins if we could—don’t get us wrong. But it’s as scripted as scripted can be.

If you mean business when you settle down to tune into some really real SoCal reality, your spies at Dotspotter are suggesting a switch from MTV to Bravo for the cult classic of RealityShows- The Real Housewives of Orange County. It’s been making waves for two years now, but we hear this next season (Starting November 6th, thank goodness!) will be the wildest yet. When it comes to catfights and drama, the truth is that The Hills of Hollywood pale to Peyton Place in Orange County.

We hear that this next season, Vicki continues to behave like a woman on speed—cultivating her lucrative insurance business and struggling to raise her kids properly (which soon proves impossible, so she resorts to buying their affections). Jeana continues to make the other housewives jealous with her ever-growing real estate empire. Bling- hungry bride to be Lauri Waring keeps us entertained as she plans her lavish wedding to uuber businessman and land developer George and lastly, Tammy, still reeling from the loss of her husband, Lou, and their family’s fortune, seems more Desperate Housewife than Real Housewife.

Watch it. Get Addicted. Thank me later.
