Apparently, Britney Spears is a little embarrassed about her recent round of lip injections. Despite supposed plans for a complete plastic surgery makeover, Brit is currently telling pals that her puffy lips were injured in ‘a minor car crash’ and ‘my airbag smacked me right in the face.’ “I’m lucky it didn’t do more damage, y’all!”
