Kanye's Mom Passed away Sunday, November 11, 2007
Rapper Kanye West has a new hurdle to pass after his mother Dr. Donda West passed away suddenly in Los Angeles on Sunday. Her cause of death is unknown. West was in London when he heard the horrible news and with out a moments notice ditched his commitments to catch a plane to the U.S.

 West has often spoken of the relationship he shared with his mother, and he dedicated song "Hey Mama" to her on his album "Late Registration."

Dr.Donda West used to be her son's manager. This year she released a book called "Raising Kanye",which talked about being Kanyes manager.
