Britney Spears gets charitable

So what if Britney Spears herself is embroiled in a bitter custody battle with ex-hubby K-Fed over their sons she can still help the rest of the children of the world by auctioning off a signed copy of her latest CD, ‘Blackout.’ Oo! Brit is raising money for UNICEF (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund). Hmm! Interesting!

In a press release issued by X17, Brit said, “I think it’s important to give back and with the release of Blackout, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to give the fans a chance to bid on something to help children everywhere.”

Well, no comment from Brit’s rep yet.
