A rep for Karina tells the magazine that the 29-year-old had the procedure done on November 2 for both medical and aesthetic reasons. The doctor who performed the surgery repaired the nasal passageway and reshaped Karina's nose, which had been accidently broken twice in the past.
Karina, who was paired up this season with boxer FLOYD MAYWEATHER before they were eliminated from the competition, is expected to recover in time to appear on the "Dancing with the Stars" finale on November 27.
