Another Emergency Hearing in Britney and K-Fed's Custody Battle

BRITNEY SPEARS and KEVIN FEDERLINE's attorneys will be back in court on Friday, according to People magazine, in the latest of a series of hearings regarding custody of their two young children.

The mag reports that K-Fed's attorneys requested the hearing this time because a videotape surfaced on which Britney was seen running a red light with her two kids and a court-appointed monitor in the car.

K-Fed's lawyer did not comment on the hearing, but Britney's attorney, SORRELL TROPE, told People: "Ms. Spears was being mobbed by paparazzi at the time. She was distracted. This was not blatant irresponsible driving on her part."

Britney and K-Fed were last in court on Friday, November 9.
