Was Britney in Vegas for secret plastic surgery?
Britney Spears wasn’t at her usual stomping grounds today around Los Angeles.  You know the Starbucks, McDonald’s, the gas station, or driving illegally with cameras all around.  Instead Britney was in Las Vegas and seen at a cosmetic surgery center and was covering her face when she left.  Either she was getting cleaned up a it or she is knocked up and went to go see the OB/GYN in the same complex.  Either way it’s a long way to travel to see a doctor.
