Eva Longoria opened up to People magazine about her new business venture as part owner of BESO which will be located in Hollywood. Eva, partnered with celebrity chef Todd English, hopes that BESO will bring Mexican-American cuisine to a new more exciting level of excellence.

Eva has been hands-on with BESO and even picked out the uniforms. Launching the new business and filming “Desperate Housewives” has been keeping Eva very busy. She also just married basketball player Tony Parker this past July. The couple wed in France in what most would classify as a fairy tale wedding.
