In case you forgot, this jail time was served because of Lindsay's ridiculous summer antics--she crashed her car a few times, took 3 men on a high speed chase in Santa Monica, was found in possession of cocaine (but they weren't her pants!), and carried the contraband into the police station.
Since then, Lindsay has been doing time in rehabilitation at Cirque Lodge in Utah and just recently returned to Los Angeles with her new boyfriend, fellow delinquent Riley Giles. We hear she is now serving her community service time at a local Red Cross. Only time will tell if she stays sober!
