Stardom comes with its own set of problems and being stalked is just one of them. As a matter of fact, sometimes enjoying stardom can be very scary and even life threatening. The latest victim of such horrible reality is Hollywood sensation Uma Thurman. A man, Jack Jordan, has been allegedly stalking Uma Thurman for as much as two years.
Jordan is accused of serious crime charges and was held on 10,000 dollars (£5,000) bail since his arrest in October. Last August he regularly visited Thurman’s home every three or four times a week and wished to meet her, but was restricted from doing so.
He is also accused of sneaking into Thurman’s trailer on a movie set in lower Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, on November 8, 2005. Besides this he also sent e-mails and letters threatening Thurman if she moved around with another man.
If all the charges against Jordan are proved, then he may end up spending four years in the prison. Jordan, a former psychiatric patient will now attend the court on December 5 for next hearing. Till then he has been ordered to remain away from the ‘Kill Bill’ star.
