Rapper Lil' Romeo Signs to Play Basketball at USC (Video)

It looks like Percy Romeo Miller, known as rapper Lil’ Romeo, is trading in his microphone for a basketball, with a full scholarship to USC.

Lil’ Romeo, son of rapper Master P, is currently a senior at Beverly Hills High. Romeo signed his letter of intent to play basketball for the USC Trojans yesterday at a press event at Four Seasons, Beverly Hills, along with Demar DeRozen from Compton High.

More on the story, plus very cool video of Lil’ Romeo and Demar DeRozen playing basketball, titled “The Transformers” and the signing video at Bitten and Bound.

  • Even in his earlier albums and interviews and throughout his career, Master P and Lil Romeo have made it clear that education came first. Kind of ignorant of you to hint otherwise.
