Scott Baio is a Dad!

Former ‘Happy Days’ star Scott Baio is a first-time father at the age of 45. The actor’s fiancee, Renee Sloan, 35, went into premature labor five weeks early. Renee Sloan, 35, gave birth to a daughter on Nov. 2. Thankfully, mother and child, who weighed in at 5 pounds, 10 ounces, are doing well.

Sloan already has an 18-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
