Amy Winehouse's mother is pleased her son-in-law is in prison.

Janis Winehouse believes Blake Fielder-Civil is responsible for her
daughter's drug-fueled lifestyle and despite Amy's devastation at his
arrest, her mother believes it may be the best thing for her.
Janis told First magazine: "I step back, look at life and think, well, I can
see life taking care of the situation.
"I was more worried when they were together. I think, while they are apart,
she will wake up and think, 'What have I done?'
"I haven't spoken to Amy about all this, but I know at the moment she's
living with a friend she's known since drama school, and I believe she'll
pull through."
