Nancy Grace brings John David home from the hospital

CNN's Nancy Grace,48, brought one of her twins, 2-week-old John David, home from the hospital on Wednesday. Her rep said,

Nancy is thrilled that John David will be home for Thanksgiving. She is praying that Lucy Elizabeth comes home soon, too.

John and his sister Lucy Elizabeth were born prematurely on November 4th. Lucy remains hospitalized.
