No… really, she gave yet another concert for 15,000 screaming fans in Nashville, Tennessee. The sold-out (natch) crowd was on hand to sing Happy Birthday to the Disney darling and watch her get a cake. Cyrus also performed with daddy Billy Ray. Too sweet. A teenager who still thinks her dad is cool.
