Dennis Rodman has been reportedly accused of harassing a hotel employee in Las Vegas. A former bar manager at the Hard Rock Hotel, Sara Robinson, has filed a lawsuit against the former basketball star over the incident that took place in March 2006. Robinson claims he slapped her ass and rubbed himself against her at the hotel. The lawsuit filed alleges:
"As Robinson stepped around the bar, Rodman grabbed her, pulled her towards him and rubbed his body against hers. Robinson tried to get free from Rodman's grasp at which time he assaulted her by reaching down and slapping her open-handed on the bottom.""

It's not too hard to believe Dennis Rodman would do such a thing because he's notorious for getting in trouble and has been accused of this before. What a jerk though. Employees can be so vulnerable at these kind of places.
