Back on Broadway

One strike down, one to go.

The Broadway labor dispute was resolved last night, so after nearly three weeks of dark theaters, 26 plays and musicals will resume regular performances tonight. Rentheads rejoice! Phantom Phans, cease your weeping!

The stagehand strike cost New York City about $100 million in lost income.

This is all well and good for everybody involved, but I ask you: Can I TiVo Broadway shows? Have you heard any rumors about Pushing Daisies: The Musical or Heroes: A Play in Three Acts or Lost: The Final Hatch is Actually a Trapdoor on a Broadway Stage OMG?

No? Then it's time to get back to everybody's favorite song-and-dance revue: TV Network Heads and the WGA: Back on the Bargaining Table.
