When your name is Britney Spears you can dress how you want for your birthday
It's actually Britney Spears birthday today but she celebrated last night!! And she was even wearing underwear!! I guess when you turn 26 you need a slamming partY!!!

P.S. Does it look like she drank alcoholic beverages?? If so....isn't she supposed to be pregnant?? LOL
