Miss Puerto Rico Has Some Explaining To Do

Police in Puerto Rico said they found no traces of pepper spray in Ingrid Marie Rivera's clothes or make-up. Ingrid won Miss Puerto and claimed someone tried to sabatoge her by putting pepper spray all over her . Many became suspicious, because she was able to keep her composure while onstage.

A police spokesperson said, "I guess she has a lot of explaining to do." He said a dress and make-up brush that was turned over to police contained no traces of capsicum, pepper spray's active ingredient. He went on to say that if anybody provided false info to the police they will be charged with a felony.

Send the bitch to the clink!

24-year-old Miss Puerto went on the"Today" show last week and denied she made it all up. “It’s not a nervous reaction. It’s not made up. It’s a beauty pageant, why would I do that to myself?”

Um....to win? She will complete in Miss Universe this Summer. Now that she's used the pepper spray thing, she's going to have to step it up. I totally sense an accidental amputation coming on.
