Paul McCartney and Rosanna Arquette “are spending more time together,” according to Alexis Arquette. She said as much to People magazine at the TV Academy’s annual Ribbon of Hope AIDS charity event in L.A. on Saturday.
Last week, the two made international news when a British tabloid photographed them taking an intimate stroll through London’s Hampstead Heath.
Now - despite earlier reports linking Sir Paul with Nancy Shevell - McCartney and Arquette are “good friends,” according to Arquette’s rep; they share a love of music.
“[Rosanna] interviewed him for a documentary that she did on Rock and Roll,” said Alexis. “She’s been a big fan of his music for a long time, and I know that they befriended each other several years ago. ”
He added: “Who knows, if something came out of it, that’s cool, it’s great.”
