Jessica Sierra arrested in Tampa while Kelly Clarkson sings in Clearwater, FL.

Meanwhile, later that night, Tampa Police arrested former American Idol candidate Jessica Sierra in YBor City, a clubbing area outside of Tampa. Police report from the Tampa Tribune http://media.tbo.com/tbo/pdfs/120307JessicaSierraReport.pdf  reported that the officer said her pupils were dilated, she was vomiting and said she only had 5 shots of vodka on an empty stomach. She offered a sexual favor to the officer if he would not take her to jail.
