Miss Puerto Rico Universe Pepper Spray Incident Continues to Unravel
Someone get Jessica Fletcher on the case! Miss Puerto Rico Universe (that is her actual title) Ingrid Marie Rivera has raised some eyebrows after her when investigators were unable to find any capsicum, the main ingredient in pepper spray, in the investigation into her claim that her possessions were sabotaged during the competition. In between walking out before the judges, Rivera broke out into hives and required ice to reduce the swelling. According to police spokesman Stephen Alvarez, "I guess she has a lot of explaining to do." I'm telling you, there's something about a tiara that drives women to do some wacky . They're just so damn shiny.
