Scott Weiland won’t pee! The cops tried to get him to pee into a cup when he was arrested last Wednesday for a crashing his car “under the influence of a drug.” He was driving on a LA freeway. The cops asked Scott to take a blood test or pee test when he was getting booked. He said no. Is that legal? Can you just say no? Pee! No! Do it! No! Come on please. No!
