Terri Irwin said four-year-old Robert shared the same passion for nature as his nine-year-old sister, Bindi, and father, Steve, who died after being pierced in the chest by a stingray barb on September 4, 2006.
"He's just so much like Steve," Terri Irwin told Sky News in Britain.
"He has a real gift for seeing wildlife and being able to interact with it and I think he and Bindi will both follow in their father's footsteps.
"They have a real sense, as Steve did, of local wildlife issues and global wildlife issues.
"Hopefully they'll see that their dad had a real point in his life to make the world a better place."Celebs and Bubs
