The other reason we're skeptical is the fact that she's a judge on American Idol. Have you heard the auditions on that show? The last time we tried to watch a whole episode, we were forced to drink just to dull the pain in our ears. Goodness only knows what that kind of torture is like when you don't have a mute button handy.
And what about those ubiquitous red Coca Cola cups that Paula, Simon, and Randy always have in front of them? If you had to drink nothing but Coke every day while listening to musical stylings comparable to cats in heat, wouldn't you want to put a splash of rum in there?
Paula says she couldn't have accomplished everything that she's achieved in her career if she'd been sidelined by booze or drugs. Alright, so remind us again which non-drug substance inspired her to put MC Skat Kat in her video for “Opposites Attract”? That's a drug-induced hallucination if there ever was one.
If what Paula claims is true, then bravo to her. If not, well then let's just hope that in the future she keeps the dancing animals to herself.
