Mary J. Blighe is feeling guilty because she forgot to thank Diddy in her Grammy acceptance speech . No worries, Mary, that guy could use the ego beatdown.


But the three-time winner did forget to thank the two music powerhouses who first helped put her on that stage: Uptown Records founder Andre Harrell and her first producer, Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Mary did go on to say what she would have said about Diddy. Keep reading.

"Andre had employed a whole lot of people who really fought hard for Mary J. Blige to have a career back then. One of those people was Puffy. Our chemistry together really created the beginning of this whole big hip-hop soul thing that is happening right now. The way they dress. The way they speak. All of the songs they write. It all came from what Puff and I had put together."
If this means they were responsible for Ciara, then I quit. Thanks. I doubt Diddy even noticed the absence of his name in her speech. Right now he's much more concerned with the fact that Naomi Campbell has him on her list. Her list of people she's going to KILL. (Diddy Pisses Off Naomi )
