Word on da street is that Hip Hop Diva and Covergirl spokesmodel Queen Latifah is engaged, to longtime girlfriend Jeanette, pictured above.

So you know what this means, right? It means that I'm the only person on the face of planet earth who didn't know that Queen Latifah is gay. Apparently. Durr?

I mean, it isn't like I hadn't thought perhaps she was taking trips down to the Isle of Lesbos, but more that I'd never had any kind of confirmation of the reality of it.

So there you go. Confirmation, with a big ol' rock on her finger, going by the name of Jeanette.
