These are the final divorce documents that leave Rod Stewart completely free to marry fiancée Penny Lancaster. Having proposed to Penny at the top of Eiffel Tower March last year, hopefully it will be a case of third time lucky for the rocker, and this marriage will last. Both have revealed that they would like to tie the knot next summer, "We are looking for the perfect venue but have yet to pick anywhere. It won't be showy."
