Here's some pics of Johnny Depp and the guy he muses for, director Tim Burtion, from "Esquire" magazine. Their next flick together, "Sweeney Todd", hits a cinema near you on Christmas Day. There's nothing that could improve Christmas more for me than a psychotic serial killing barber making pastries out of his victims. It's better than "A Charlie Brown Christmas". And that Frosty one. That one sucks. Anyway, Depp's taking a break from Burton and teaming up with crime guy director Michael Mann for his next effort. They're bringing the tale of 30's gangster John Dillinger to the screen. Dillinger was a suave bank robber who continually eluded J. Edgar Hoover of the FBI. It's going to be interesting to see Johnny back to playing real people as opposed to the aforemention crazy barbers, and fey, alcoholic pirates.
