  i am undecided about the pictures. they may serve as reminders for the dangers of driving. however, it should have been up to her parents and not supposed figures of authority. also, there are so many awful things being said about this poor girl and her family. how would these people feel if they lost a child in such a horrible manner and all people could say was that they got what they deserved because they were rich and spoiled. no matter your income or personality, no one should die this way and be made fun of when they cannot defend themselves.

  i dnt kno her but no one deserves a death like this especialyy so young... these pictures should have never been leaked no matter what...a family should no be able to find there dead daughter sister grand daughter death on the internet and if this happened to someone close to your heart you would want justice some how no matter if she was under the influence or not...

  The parents did the right thing by filling a lawsuit. However this would of not happened if the girl had not taken the car or gone speeding on the road. These photos should be shown to young drivers that like to drive fast. They show what may happen if they go speeding on the steets, as I see them doing alot in those small import cars. I have a 18 yr old girl that drives, and showed her the pictures. At first she did not know what the pictures were of, then she thought whey were fake. I told her they are not fake. She was discusted at the pictures and asked how she died. I told her that I had installed a speed limiter and gps on the car. I know where she is and how fast she is going. And if I don't want her to take the car and I am way, I disable the car so it does not run.

  you talk about how awfull you this is but still you find the time to look at this site and bich abou. Get over i happens and by the way anything you do wether it is a sppeding ticket or killing someone that become public record. Its a shame that a parent have no control over thair kids all because some said you cant spank them cuse it might make them growup to be serial killer and so. So dont say that you going to sue this place for showing the pictures.this is what you need to show your kids and tell them tis is what happen when you speed and this is what happen when you through a tempper tantrum. or even worse this is what happen when you do drugs,this is the real sad truth of life. Her parent are lucky she din't kill some one else. Ask your self one thing what would we be saying if she hit a car full of kids and killed them all hummmm... I wonder????

    instead of giving your own opinion on what "could have happened" why dont you just think about what did happen... cause in the end its a tragedy to loose someone....(ask yourself one thing what if it would have been your mother father sister or brother who would have passed away because of an error., would you still be as malicious? hmm.....i wonder????

  It's awful that this girl died, but she can serve as a lesson for all those kids who think they're invincible while driving. They need to know how dangerous driving under the influence is. It's awful that these pictures are being used by sick people for sick reasons, but if the family would release them to driver's ed classes and things like that people would learn. It sure scared me into being much more careful while I'm driving, and I showed them to my little brother as well, and I noticed a considerable difference in the way he drives.

  how sick do people honestly have to be to put a bunch of photos on the internet and then taunt them abou... come on dead girl walking.... this is a sad and unconvenient thing to have happen to anyone..... but you really dont have to have that much scence to not taunt a family that has just lost one of their young ones...... may all of our prayers be with her and her family.... and god will punish the ones who taunted and tormented the family and friends of that young women.....
