Hayden Panettiere – This 'hero' is all about the animals. Hayden recently helped stage a protest against the annual dolphin slaughter in Japan. And earlier this week, she presented at the Weather Channel's Forecast Earth Summit in Washington, D.C.
Michael Stipe – The REM frontman has been busier with his charity work lately than with his musical career, it seems. Michael may have lost his religion, but he's trying to make sure we don't lose our planet – the singer is a supporter of the environmental group Greenpeace.
Rosario Dawson – Rosario is in good company with the eco-organization Global Cool. She joins Josh Hartnett, Orlando Bloom, and Sienna Miller, among others, in supporting the anti-global warming group.
