Photographer pays for Britney Spears Stolen Lighter

Britney stole a $1.39 lighter in a gas station and making fun of it she goes out saying "I stole something!" and showing the item as she walked out of the station. "Oh, I'm bad!"
If anyone had any doubts she needs to be in rehab or many a mental institution here is the proof that she is totally insane.
A photographer returned to the store Saturday and paid for it. "[The manager] didn't want me to pay for it at first," photographer Shane Partridge told US Magazine. "I told him it was no bother. I just felt like I should, you know?"
Somebody stop Britney!!
