Now that her bump is growing, Nicole can't hang around with her old friends. They would make her look to fat. Now she has to resort to hanging out with all the friends we haven't seen before- namely friends that are bigger around than she is. Notice how the friend wears unflattering horizontal stripped shirt, while Nicole wears black to make the contrast even stronger.
