Yes! "The Hills" are turning into a mudslide. Not only was Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's fake engagement called off today, but Lauren Conrad is admitting that she shoots re-enactments for the show. The entire thing is scripted! This is not reality television. This is a drama. A bad one from what I've heard. Save your sanity and watch "ProjRun" or "ANTM" or hell, even the one where anorexic people live on an island and run around in makeshift bikinis and deal with Jeff Probst. Lauren's confession came after viewers noticed that recent scenes that were supposed to be shot in one night obviously weren't due to crazy changes in her nail polish. See? Even the editors can't watch this plastic madness! "Anyone who has worked on a reality show knows how they're filmed," Conrad said. "I basically had to go and call [Brody] again, have the exact same conversation on camera. I mean, it's not lying to anyone, it's telling what really happened, but it's just the way they film reality shows." Yes, because don't we all call bitches back and have the exact same conversation again in real life? Ugh! I'd hate that, especially when it's someone I owe money to. Or dealing with goddamn Bank of America. Is this Groundhog Day? No, it's the cretins from "The Hills". Conrad also admitted that MTV had to set up situatons in which Lauren ran into arch-enemy Heidi Montag because MTV "kept missing" the times when she would run into her in real life. Which was probably none. Fakery!
