Is the hit MTV show The Hills real or fake? In a new interview, MTV’s Lauren Conrad defends The Hills as real .. but  admits the show is re-enacted.

 

Conrad believes that reality shows are shot the same way as hers, with re-enactment.

 

“It’s just the way they film reality shows.”
