Report: Britney Spears to be Deposed in Child Custody Case
Britney Spears is expected to give sworn testimony in a deposition in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline at 10 a.m. Wednesday morning at the L.A. office of Federline's attorney, TMZ reports.

Spears, 26, lost joint custody of sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, in October, when L.A. Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon granted her just two daytime visits a week, plus an overnight visit. A court-appointed monitor must be present during all visits.

Sources say Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has already deposed several Spears friends and associates over the last couple months.

Federline and Spears split just over a year ago.
