A judge has given Anna Nicole Smith until Jan. 23 to have her baby daughter undergo paternity testing sought by Larry Birkhead.

"We can't make it any easier for her," Birkhead's attorney, Debra Opri, said Tuesday. For the love of God, just go get it done so the man can see his child. Smith's attorney, Ronald A. Rale, had no comment. He has previously declined to discuss the judge's ruling. What's left to say?
